Wastech Controls & Engineering offers trained technicians to support the operation and maintenance of all Wastech Controls equipment.

Our technical support is available in the following forms:

• Operator and Maintenance Manuals: Wastech Controls provides printed manuals with every piece of equipment. These are written by the engineers that designed the equipment and the answers to most technical questions can be found in the manual. Part lists, schematics, wiring diagrams and maintenance instructions are included. Additional manuals or replacement manuals can be ordered for a nominal charge or downloaded as a file from the website or requested as an email attachment.
    
• Phone Support: Wastech Controls offers technical support to customers by phone, FAX or email . Office hours are 8AM to 6PM, PST.
    
• Service Contracts: Maintenance agreements are available by factory technicians in Southern California, Northern California, and Arizona. In other areas, it is offered by factory appointed and trained technicians. Call for a quotation.
    
• Field Service Calls: Wastech Controls has trained technicians and engineers available for emergency service calls. We can quickly respond to any problem and get your system up and running again. Costs will be quoted in advance and will include engineering time at published hour rates plus travel and expenses.
   
• Operator Training: Formal training for operators is available on-site. Most training can be covered in 4 hours. Wastech Engineers will review operating procedures, alarm responses, and maintenance requirements. Cost will be engineering time plus travel and expenses.
    
• Startup and Installation Supervision: If requested, Wastech engineers will work with installation contractors and perform and supervise startup and commissioning on-site. Cost will be engineering time plus travel and expenses.
    
• Preventive Maintenance Inspections: Call Wastech Controls and a factory engineer will come to your facility and inspect your equipment. These visits can help prevent downtime and lost production. Our engineers will re-calibrate or adjust the system and provide recommendations for additional maintenance or replacement.
    
• Parts Inventory: Wastech Controls stocks a large inventory of components and consumable supplies. Many items can be shipped overnight or next day. Credit cards and purchase cards are accepted. Ask our technicians for help identifying part numbers.
    
• Credit Card Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. If you desire an open line of credit, please fill out our credit application form.
