Vacuum Distillation Systems for

There are many proven applications for low temperature vacuum distillation. Wastech's SIGMA VDT vacuum distillation systems are designed for industrial wastewater reduction.

If you have plating tanks, rinse water applications, cleaning processes or any contaminated water sources, Wastech's SIGMA VDT solution will reduce your costs and improve your process. It will eliminate or dramatically lower “hauling” charges by waste disposal companies. It also allows zero discharge applications which demand that water waste be reduced in volume or recycled.

Operational Guidelines

  • Fully automatic operation.
  • Requires less than two hours per week of maintenance.
  • Can handle influent quality changes.
  • Recovers 90-95% distillate (application dependent).
  • Produces concentrated waste.
  • Operational temperature between 90°-100°F.
  • Can be operated by non-technical staff.
